There will be a large registration tent clearly visible.
Advance online and postal entrants
Runners who have entered on line or by post should go to the clearly marked desk and pick up their running number. We do not post out running numbers before the event, in order to save money which instead goes to the charities.Late Entry
You can enter on line until noon the day before the race. However, if you enter on line the day before, we’d appreciate it if you print off your emailed receipt and bring it with you to speed up registration.Entry on the day
Runners who enter on the day will need to fill in a form and pay on the spot. There will be a separate clearly marked desk for this.Timetable

All timings are approximate and the organisers reserve the right to change them on the day.

The medals presentation ceremony starts at 12.15pm.

There will be marshals on site in high visibility Rotary vests to answer any queries or give assistance as required.
Please lock valuables in your cars.
There is NO supervised area for leaving personal possessions.
Ample free car parking is on grass close to the race village.
No dogs are permitted on site.
Spectators

Spectators are welcome. It’s a pleasant place to spend a morning even if you aren’t taking part.
There are refreshments and a snack stand, but please feel free to bring a picnic (and tables and chairs) if the weather is good. We do however ask that you take all your rubbish home to ease our task of clearing the site at the end of the day.
Sorry, but the Estate does not permit barbecues - and as this is a deer park, no dogs or other pets either.
The nearby lake is cordoned off, but parents are advised to keep an eye on their children.
There are toilets - and shelter in case of rain.
